Shirokuro Restaurant Promo for Instagram

Exploration of a shoji-inspired motion piece created from Shirokuro’s original hand-drawn wall art. The illustrations were brought to life through animation workflows in ComfyUI (using the Qwen model), paired with voice generated through Vibe Voice and ElevenLabs, and finished with editing in DaVinci Resolve. This short video was produced as a quick promotional piece for Shirokuro’s Instagram, transforming the restaurant’s iconic ink artwork into a living, atmospheric moment.

It’s Boka time! Based in New York City, Boka is a Korean fried-chicken-and-beer spot offering an all-you-can-eat experience for $32. This quick video was created as an Instagram short, using Flux LoRAs trained on FluxDev and animated through ComfyUI (Qwen). Voice was generated with Vibe Voice and ElevenLabs, and the final cut was assembled in DaVinci Resolve.

“Gees Are Smart” is an unfinished exploration into longer-form, landscape-format storytelling aimed at a future YouTube release. The piece experiments heavily with locally trained FluxDev LoRAs using FluxGym, pushing style, continuity, and world-building beyond short-form constraints. It’s still a work in progress—but the evolving story has enough personality that it will be completed one day.

Bowery Real Estate Piece

Bowery Real Estate is a narrative test built from extremely limited source footage, transformed into a virtual Instagram–style property showcase. Because the location wasn’t accessible, the piece relies on real-estate video techniques such as drone-like paths created with Google Earth, Photoshop generative edits to clear interior objects, and talking-head segments blended with AI animation. Yes, the hand gestures are a bit overenthusiastic right now—we’ll dial that back—promise. The project remains incomplete due to hand-movement inconsistencies and pending voice regeneration, but it demonstrates the potential of producing a full 🌶️🍚🍰 real-estate promo from minimal raw input.
